101 Residential is a leading two-storey home builder in Perth. To cater for the increasing number of narrow lots being developed around the city, 101 created a new series of home designs that increased living space within the bounds of a narrow lot.

Bringing the brand to life

The home series, called the Greenwich Range, brings loft New-York-style terrace homes to Perth’s narrow lots. Inspired by the creative spaces in New York’s famous village, the Greenwich Range features soaring ceilings, mezzanine floors and large open entertaining areas.
Advertising on social media meant the designs needed to be bold enough to be viewed at small sizes and strong enough to stand out in a busy environments. This in mind, our designers settled on a high contrast colour palette and sans-serif typeface for maximum impact within minimum space. The perfectly weighted bordering lines and spaced lettering symbolises the intent of the home range – New York class, modern design, and the feeling of space.
