Embark Busselton Masterplanned Community is one of the largest new land estate project in the South West region. Located in a suburb of Busselton called Yalyalup, roughly 3km in land from Busselton’s town and coast. The estate is home to majestic trees, beautiful lakes, parks and playgrounds with a retirement village, local shops and even more community amenity being promised in the future masterplan.
Strategic Insight
The City of Busselton already has a strong brand, famous for its festival events, coastal holiday lifestyle, and iconic Busselton Jetty – the longest wooden-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere stepping 1.841kms over the protected waters of Geographe Bay. The South West region also has a special place in the hearts of many
West Australians thanks to found childhood memories of holidays in the area. Memories local home buyers wish to re-create for their own children.
The Objective
Develop a brand identity that highlights the coastal, country lifestyle on offer and clearly identified the geographic positioning of the land estate in the minds of the audience.
