Branding and marketing Yolk Property Group’s new private land estate on the edge of Champion Lakes was as much an exercise in educating buyers about the precinct’s exciting future, as it was about selling land.
Strategic Insight
The star of this estate is Champion Lakes, a 2 kilometre long purpose-built horizon of water designed for international level sporting competitions such as rowing, canoeing and dragon boat racing. The new land estate presents an opportunity to live a water’s edge lifestyle and move in close to a new lakeside commercial precinct featuring a boutique tavern, café/restaurant and more.
The Objective
Develop a premium brand name, brand identity and marketing campaign making it clear where the estate is located and the water’s edge, Champion Lakeside lifestyle on offer.
